Training and Certification is looking for a highly motivated Program Manager with a strong administration and coordination background to manage and coordinate activities and administration for our Product Marketing and Communications team. In this role, you will manage and execute a variety of projects and administration activities, providing focused project management for specific marketing programs and projects. This includes, but is not limited to cross-team project management, goals and budget planning, team meetings, and calendar and travel management. The ideal candidate must have superior communication skills, strong attention to detail, a collaborative work style, and an unparalleled work ethic. The right candidate is extremely data-driven and comfortable with planning and executing on variety of projects; demonstrated experience working effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment with a strong desire to roll up your sleeves; and proven experience managing

· 5+ years’ professional experience providing administrative support to executive level or project management in a marketing capacity in digital/high-technology companies/products. · Demonstrated ability to communicate concisely and professionally in written and oral forms in English. · Experience copywriting and editing documents. · Experience working with project management tools, such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Trello. · Expert level Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. · Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications or a related field.· Highly detail-oriented
