Supplier Management is looking for an experienced Operations Program Manager to support the Microsoft Supplier Program (MSP). The main objective of the role is to support smooth running operations within the MSP. Key to this will be timely management and execution of MSP processes, driving coordinated consistency as program evolves. Cross-functional collaboration and impact and influence are key competencies to be successful in this role. He or she will provide insights into MSP data trends to create awareness and drive improvements to enable an increasingly capable, compliant and competitive supply base. The successful candidate should possess the ability to analyze data to identify program improvement opportunities. Primary MSP Operations Program Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to: Driving Data Management Projects – US/Intl Cat Cert Program Type changes, Primary category clean-ups, MSP adds/deletes verification, etc. Manage and maintain MSP designation (Program Types) Compliance checks Generate and track Primary Category Changes – Submit list for upload Validate AP accuracy SSPA – MSP onboard/offboard monitoring Category Certification liaison and management Maintain and improve metrics and reporting; document processes Analyze reporting gaps MSP SharePoint support MSP Teams Support MSP
2-5 years operations or program management experience Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of direct industry experience Ability to work under continual deadline constraints, works multiple projects simultaneously, and thrives in complex environments Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, dealing with ambiguity and problem solving Strong communication skills Proven organizational abilities and presentation skills Proficient computer skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Word...)
