Evaluate needs assessment working closely with business-aligned learning development managers. Build curriculum that will advance the manager knowledge, skills and capabilities across roles, increasing their speed to productivity. Continuously add and maintain the manager learning assets. Become a trusted advisor to stakeholders, to define and implement an innovative approach to building needed capabilities in order to exceed business goals. Actively engage in the manager communities and lead readiness discussions with stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in Instructional design and content development
7 years of working experience, 5 years experience in the training/learning space. Learning and development expertise in the various capability enablement approaches (formal learning, knowledge management, coaching, practice, simulations, etc.), across modern modalities. Experience working with stakeholders, demonstrating strategic thinking, business acumen, communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated expertise collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups to deliver global solutions. Self-starter with proven results building and creating program plans with measurement results.
