Responsibilities: We are looking for a talented individual to drive the most promising growth initiatives from concept to reality @ CDS around the world. Prioritize: • Identify and prioritize new/existing opportunities to generate profitable revenue for CDS and build a growth funnel • Evaluate and prioritize the best initiatives • Build a portfolio of short-term and long-term growth initiatives • Effectively manage competing priorities and focus the organizations effort on the right initiatives at the right time • Advise on business case development/refinement for initiatives and recommend ways
Qualification: o 6-10 years' experience in consumer electronics industry, retail category management, or like business. Experience with program management a big plus o Experience planning and executing large initiatives that drive business results. o Self-starter, highly motivated to overcome challenges and remain focused on the solution o Drive deliverables, set and manage timelines, structure and scope complex problems and routinely inform stakeholders across business units o An entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about building businesses, and thrives within a fast-paced environment. o Outstanding
