· Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technical discipline · 5+ years of experience interacting with cross-functional and dispersed teams · 5+ years of experience in complex program management and implementation · 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role · Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role · Master's Degree or PMP or equivalent qualification · Exceptional Excel skills · Experience with web-based team collaboration systems, such as Confluence, Share Point, JIRA, etc
