The WW Consumer Talent Development team is seeking a skilled, results-focused Senior Program Manager to support the development and implementation of talent management programs and processes in a dynamic environment. The role will primarily focus on the continuous improvement and management of core Tech promotions and talent development processes, but will also support other key talent initiatives across the broader Consumer population (e.g., Talent Review processes, leader development programs). The position is based in Seattle but will interact leaders and HR teams globally. Key objectives for this role will include driving improvements in the planning, operationalization and communications of Consumer-wide Tech talent programs and processes, as well as implementing metrics for the measurement and analysis of program effectiveness. · 5+ years in Program/Project Management (Business or HR), Talent Management, HRBP or related experience · Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or programs- work prioritization, planning, and coordination across teams. · Detail/accuracy focus coupled with the ability to see the broader picture. · Comfort and capability working with data and basic analytics. · A Bachelor’s degree is required.· Graduate degree (MBA or HR related field) · HR or Talent Development project management experience in a high tech environment
