The Bing Search Entry and Intelligent Insights team is looking for a rock star program manager to join our group. This team is where the rubber meets the road. The role requires a passion for delivering highly relevant results to our customers and the ability to traverse a range of teams and technologies end-to-end to deliver awesome user experiences. This team works on the cutting edge of flighting and experimentation to help evolve and innovate within our products. We are looking for a seasoned PM with deep technical expertise, great user empathy, experience with creating scalable user frameworks, and a passion for improving search. An ideal candidate should be a self-starter, problem-solver, and be a strong collaborator who is able to work effectively with many partners. Collaborate cross organization on high impact high visibility products Lead the vision and planning for features across Bing and Windows Develop plans for flighting and experimentation across product canvases Partner closely with our platform team to improve the quality and relevance of search results Conduct customer analysis to really understand user DSATs, business needs, top user tasks, and opportunities for delighting the user. Take insights and translate them into features or actions. Partner with the design team to develop user experiences which align to customer needs Gather requirements
BA/BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline General knowledge of Microsoft and competitive Web technologies, such as .NET, ASP, XML/HTML, and XML Web services, etc. 4+ years program management or related experience. 2+ years program management experience in UX 2+ years experience with A/B testing and experimentation and data analysis Excellent strategic thinking, communication, problem identification/resolution skills Successful track record of working collaboratively across multiple teams Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
