This role will play a critical part in designing and operationalizing key aspects of Talent Architecture with a focus on how we utilize data attributes related to both job and people to drive healthy Talent Management practices like internal talent movement, career development, effective use of contingent

Provide overall thought leadership, apply design and process thinking in the development and implementation of validated Role Template content across our people systems Develop the approach and process for implementing Microsoft's new Job Architecture within our External Staff population Design and implement the employee mapping and data management process for Job Architecture, working with center TLI teams, Talent Development Directors, HR line leaders and HRBI Support Job Architecture by designing and opertionalizing the role analysis process for senior level roles as well as leading the role
Highly effective in designing and delivering innovative talent solutions to address business challenges Demonstrated ability to create and drive clear, effective processes to support intended outcomes Drives towards high quality results that positively impact the business Solid understanding with a high comfort level working with talent systems Exceptional listener with the ability to solve problems resulting in win/win outcomes Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills 10+ years professional experience 3+ years Program/Project Management experience BA in Business Management, HR or other
