Ecosystem (C+E) team Business Operations Manager
The Commerce and Ecosystem (C+E) team is looking for an experienced and strategic Business Operations Manager to ensure financial and operational excellence across the organization. Would you like to help to further accelerate the transformational work that the team has started in the organization? If so, you could be a perfect candidate to join the C+E Program and Operations Management team as Business Operations Manager. The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for helping manage budget and headcount investments in support of the C+E organization. This includes planning, forecasting, reporting, financial close, monitoring and control of expenses and headcount, providing insights into the financial health of the organization, identifying potential risks and opportunities, driving financial accountability with business owners to ensure that meeting OPEX and COGS budget is achieved. Overall accountability to ensure that meeting budget is achieved. Establish strong trusted partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders such as Finance, budget owners, Business Managers, Staffing, and the C+E Program and Operations Management team . Drive annual financial planning process across the teams from collecting business insights to target setting and budget cascade. Define and drive key processes.
