The AWS Talent Acquisition (TA) team is seeking a creative, forward thinking Program Manager who will be responsible for building out a 3rd party strategy across job boards and recruiter tools in order to increase productivity and deliver ROI. This person will be responsible for optimizing investments across all job boards to improve AWS’ ability to attract and convert diverse, top talent. They will also serve as the leader across the TA team for recruiting tools including LinkedIn, Entelo, Indeed and all other primary recruiting licenses. This will require strong partnership across the TA teams to ensure there is awareness and adoption of the tools. Key Responsibilities - Partnership management across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Dice, ClearedJobs, Clearancejobs, TMP and Stackoverflow. - Delivering success from Amazon’s investment in LinkedIn implementing consistent success metrics, measuring against it, coordinating training sessions to optimize use of tools and delivering talent insights

- Bachelor’s degree marketing or communications-related field - Strong record of utilizing analytical skills to improve ROI- Advanced degree (MBA or other applicable advanced degree) - 5+ years of dedicated recruiting experience, focused in recruiting programs and/or recruiting technology -Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role -Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role Amazon is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer – Minority / Female / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation
