This work is part of a high-impact, integrated initiative that will help define and drive solutions for strategic leadership pipeline development in Consumer. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in designing, developing and implementing practical, integrated talent management/development solutions. The candidate will have expertise in talent identification and planning approaches (e.g., formal assessments, talent reviews, succession), experiential/on-the-job development solutions (e.g., stretch assignments, rotations) and program management. The candidate will be part of a core team focused on the implementation of a new strategic
· 5+ years experience in Talent Management, HRBP role or related experience · Bachelor’s degree · Experience in the practical application of key leadership development talent management principles and programs · Demonstrated ability to manage global, scaled projects or programs- work prioritization, planning, and coordination across teams and workstreams · Strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify implications/trends in data as an input to program design · Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders· 6-10 years experience in Talent Management, HRBP role or related
