AWS Talent Acquisition has an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy Sr. Instructional Designer to build learning experiences for members of our recruiting organization globally. We are looking for someone that has experience in eLearning development, video capture/editing and are able to look across multiple projects to see overlaps and connection points to support our learning goals. As a Sr. Instructional Designer you will be a key player in designing and developing learning experiences for Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will partner with the TA Leadership team and subject matter experts to define L and D needs. You must have the ability and initiative to understand critical business needs, analyze issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions that include alternate delivery models that balance classroom based learnings with more scalable delivery platforms such as e-learning solutions. · At least 6 years’ experience, with solid career progression in the field of instructional design, including significant experience in designing and delivering e-learning solutions to large organizations · Advanced experience in learner-focused design, and learning technologies · Advanced experience designing for blended and virtual learning experiences · Proven experience designing and developing eLearning training under aggressive timelines · Solid project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and delivering results
