The Corporate Functions Global Talent Acquisition team sits at the heart of talent acquisition for Microsoft. We support recruiting efforts for HR, Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Legal, and Finance globally by identifying, attracting and assessing the talent that empowers Microsoft. Our team exhibits endless persistence in the pursuit of identifying, building, and delivering core, pivotal, and diverse talent to our clients. The Recruiter will focus on partnering with the Human Resources team, including Global Talent Acquisition, the team that recruits recruiters! As a Recruiter within the HR team, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the sourcing/hiring plan, leverage data and market insights, and ensure that recruiting philosophies, strategies and processes are optimized to deliver the highest value and impact to the business to deliver on the People and Talent Agenda. Drive end-to-end talent acquisition accountability for a number of HR groups - this includes account management at senior levels in the organization, sourcing, and staffing excellence. This will include managing the full lifecycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer and close. Proactively research specific industries to understand the talent landscape and leverage competitive intelligence to inform your sourcing strategies. Generate broad market insights and understanding to inform and influence senior leaders. Focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, partnership with
BS/BA degree or equivalent is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment is required. Previous experience of recruiting within the corporate / HR functions is preferred. Experience with creating candidate pipelines and a proven track record of hiring success. Experience building strong relationships with senior leaders. Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred. Team player, very responsive, detail-oriented, and organized.
