The AWS talent acquisition team is incubating a central team focused on specialized hiring (Design, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and others) hiring across AWS. This is the place where we enforce accountability on candidates vs. volume of resumes and support recruiters in developing credibility with hiring managers as talent assessors rather than resume pushers. The Recruiter will take the lead in the execution of candidate experience in these nascent, high growth markets to support AWS's unprecedented growth. More specifically, he/she will manage the candidate generation, engagement and assessment. · 4+ years of recruiting experience. · Prior experience in a research capacity for candidate generation. · Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.· Ability to continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates. · Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills. · Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member. · Experience recruiting in highly confidential environments
