This is an exciting opportunity to lead a recruiting team supporting Amazon's Operations Robotics Organization. The role requires close partnership with Executive Business Leaders, Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to set and drive strategy, goals, process, and metrics while managing a client-aligned recruiting team. This person will manage a team who own finding, assessing, and closing entry to senior level candidates. You will interact with recruiting teams from subsidiaries and international locations to provide consolidated view of organizational staffing.
• 5+ years of Recruiting and/or HR experience • 2+ years leading a team • Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree is required • Experience building, coaching and managing a full-cycle recruiting team in a high-tech environment • Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets • Organized, pragmatic people who thrive in a results oriented environment are encouraged to apply • Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner
