Business Overview : Business Applications is a key focus area for Microsoft, combining an extensive portfolio of cloud business application technologies with the breadth and reach of the Microsoft Cloud in a way that no other provider can. Building a sustainable and high growth cloud business is the primary objective. The portfolio spans Dynamics365, Power BI, PowerApps and Business AI along with on-premise offerings. Role Overview The Sales and Partner Finance team supports the execution of the Business Application Go-To-Market strategy. The team's primary accountabilities include supporting the field and partner reporting rhythm, insightful analyses of geographic and segment trends,

Business Partnering - as the primary finance contact to your business partners you will inform them of key finance processes and dates; support ad-hoc requests for data and analysis; Drive key business processes in support of Business Applications Field Resource design and implementation. Partner with Microsoft Worldwide Incentives to design, refine and implement Business Application incentives. Drive field resource investment models. Identify and recommend continuous improvements to existing processes.
BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or Engineering 6+ years of finance experience, with clear evidence of career progression Previous experience providing finance support to senior-level business partners. Expertise in financial planning and analysis, including: accounting, forecasting, planning, reporting, analysis, and developing financial models Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify business issues and to summarize key business drivers Demonstrated experience with field sales and incentive compensation Excellent communication skills - both
