The Global Gaming Partnerships and Development ("GGPD") organization is seeking Executive Assistant to the General Manager of GGPD. The GGPD organization is fast-paced, dynamic and responsible for cultivating and managing Microsoft's gaming partnerships, as well as, shaping gaming business development strategy. The Executive Assistant will support the GM, as well as be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including customers and partners. The Executive Assistant also serves as the key liaison to the Gaming EVP and other senior executive teams across Microsoft. This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important, as is a positive attitude. Manage and maintain GM's complex calendar on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis to ensure accurate scheduling and organization. Coordinate and represent the GGPD organization to a wide spectrum of Microsoft employees, as well as executives and employees from outside organizations. May be asked to assist with calendar and travel coordination for one additional member of the leadership team. Make decisions on behalf of GM to ensure meeting requests align with time management priorities and performance objectives. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including on-the-ground logistics
Minimum 5+ years of administrative and project management experience supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational, analytical, anticipatory, and written communications skills. Ability to make independent decisions and to juggle multiple projects at once, in addition to dealing with ambiguity. Solid project-management and problem-solving skills. Must be assertive and have a high level of integrity and consistently demonstrate a positive "can-do" attitude with the ability to maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive material with tact and professionalism
