We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Business Administrator to provide support to the Resource Strategy and Vendor Planning (RSVP) organization within Customer Service and Support (CSS). As an Executive Business Administrator, you will work in close partnership with the Business Manager and other members of the RSVP Leadership Team to provide seamless support. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Manage and maintain complex calendar on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis to ensure accurate scheduling and organization. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including on-the-ground logistics. Prepare Expense Reports in a compliant and timely manner. Work closely with Business Manager on aligning Rhythm of the Business processes and operations with Leader's calendar and ensure tight coordination of commitments. Coordinate scheduling and logistics for Leadership Team staff meetings, All Hands, events and offsites, including
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of high-level administrative experience supporting a senior leader in a fast-paced environment. 5+ years of experience with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and OneNote. 3+ years of scheduling experience managing multiple Senior Leader calendars and high-volume clientele at the General Manager or Vice President level. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent organizational, analytical, anticipatory, and written communications skills.
