As a key member of the leadership team, the Sr. Program Manager, Business Operations, will drive strategy development and execution, as well as architect and drive business management processes. This strategic position requires superior analytical strength, attention to detail, open communication and the ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous environment. In this role, the Sr. Program Manager will partner with WW Ops Talent Acquisition leadership team and a wide array of Amazon stakeholders to manage stakeholder communication, operational metrics, and keep the organization aligned on our rhythm of the business. The role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to make sound judgement. An ideal candidate will be flexible with new changes while maintaining a high level of professionalism with executive leaders and team members.
