The WW Global Sales, Marketing and Operations (GSMO) Finance Team has an opening in one of its key roles that provides the unique opportunity to support the GSMO business. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for providing business insight, with a broad range of financial skills, including controllership, forecasting, financial reporting, strategic thinking and cross group collaboration. This role requires close partnership with GSMO Corp business organizations, Central Finance Team (CFT), Field Finance, Planning and Strategy, Engineering Group (EG) Finance teams to drive OPEX and P and L management and analysis for the GSMO P and L. In this role you will create and maintain world class financial processes while enabling and driving driver-based analytics and decision making on overall GSMO P and L Performance to the EG's and CFT. Responsible to provide Insights for the Rhythm of Finance, Close Meeting, Quarterly CFO Review. Quarterly Forecast and Rhythm of the Business, including QBUs and other GSMO SLT Meetings. Responsible to lead the Rhythm of Finance discussions on P and L topics for Corp HQ OPEX and HC management. Drive analytics and business insights on performance with a focus on business drivers and relationships to revenue performance. Manage the WW forecast process to drive a realistic, closest-to-the-pin channel forecast. Influence behavior to increase importance of a driver based forecast. Partner with the GSMO
Basic Qualifications: BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, and/or Economics required Minimum 6 years professional work experience as financial analyst Experience in working across multiple organizations with emphasis on communicating and decision making and ability to work under pressure Strong analytical skills and proven capacity to do "deep dives" in numbers and discover root causes and business drivers Proven Cross-Group Collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively [oral and written], establish trust quickly, and create win-win situations; ability to
