Join Amazon’s HR organization where “We build a workplace for Amazonians to invent on behalf of the customer.” Amazon’s HR organization is seeking a flexible, adaptive Sr. HRBP to provide strategic and hands-on organizational support for the Consumer Talent Acquisition organizations. In this role, you will apply business and functional knowledge to inform and drive the short- and long- term HR priorities, including operating model design, workforce planning and talent management. You will partner with HR directors to develop and execute plans for building leadership and management capability and creating organization designs that align to the HR priorities. You will demonstrate analytical capabilities and be able to influence with data-driven recommendations. We are looking for a business partner who has the ability to proactively plan and design, as well as identify and diagnose issues in order to drive solutions. · BA/BS required · 5+ years’ experience in an HR business partner role or related leadership roles with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management · Willingness and ability to be hands on with all levels of the organization as well as serve as a strategic partner to leaders · Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy and goals into optimal HR processes that are scalable, simple, customer-focused and adaptable to unique and changing business needs · Ability to influence and coach employees at all levels in the organization in sensitive situations without damaging relationships
