Earth’s Most Customer Centric Company is seeking an experienced International Vendor Manager to join our Global Outsourcing team. This position will develop vendor relationships, implement new programs, cultivate operational excellence, negotiate contracts, partner with Amazon teams to positively impact customer experience and expand product offerings. The effective candidate will draw from previous work experience in operations management, working on a global scale, and corporate representation. Responsibilities include: · Service Delivery – Vendor Governance, Relationship Management, Implementation/Project Management, Change Management, Operations Management · Collaborate to create new offerings within the vendor space · Procurement – Vendor Strategy, Business Requirement Scoping, Location Assessments, Request for Proposal Administration, Pricing Negotiation, Contract Negotiation, Contract Administration · Bid and assess vendors for capabilities in multiple countries to deliver the operations
· Bachelor's degree required · 7+ years of relevant experience in customer service/operational roles · 5+ years working on businesses outside of the U.S. · Excellent communication, reading comprehension, and writing skills · Thorough technical and analytical aptitude · Demonstrated project management results · Savvy with Microsoft Excel and Word · Significant international travel required (roughly 30%)· A sincere passion for customers · Deep curiosity to learn · MBA or Advanced Degree · COPC Coordinator Certification · Lean/Six Sigma experience · Excellent business judgment · Experience managing
