The products we are responsible for include Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Microsoft Flow), and other SaaS applications and workloads. The Customer and Partner Success team in Microsoft Business Applications Group is looking for an experienced Operations Program Manager to lead overall operations and strategic planning and execution of key initiatives that involves very close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Services organizations within Microsoft. Key responsibilities include: Engage with customers and partners in both proactive and reactive situations, to represent and speak on behalf of Microsoft and the product organization Drive Rhythm of the Business for the team – including planning, execution reviews, business reviews and team functions (including team events, All Hands) Develop strategic and productive partnerships within Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Services and Finance organizations Develop a deep understanding of the initiatives and business areas to help shape the future direction of the team and the business Drive financial
Key requirements include: 10+ years of experience delivering large program and project efforts in a high technology environment Ability to deal with extreme ambiguity, and the ability to work with minimal supervision Experience working across a range of teams that are both technical and non-technical – i.e. Engineering, Sales, Marketing, etc. Experience dealing with senior leadership and executives (both internally and externally) A background in cloud technologies and services strongly preferred Strong project management, organization, and time management/prioritization skills Ability to easily
