The ACE team supports the MCB early-in-career talent strategy and vision by hiring the best and the brightest university talent and providing them with real-world career experiences, coaching, and focused training to hone their marketing and business acumen and increase their impact today and in the future. ACE is a two-year rotation program for full-time marketing employees hired directly from University. ACE is one of the few programs at Microsoft that provides its' participants the unique opportunity to explore different areas of the business through two, one-year rotations. Moreover, the ACE experience enables personal and professional growth for its' participants through focused training,

Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to): • Own and drive all recurring ACE processes, including rotation assignments and community events. • Continuously look for ways to simplify and drive process improvements/efficiencies. • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with rotation program employees, managers, leaders and other stakeholders. • Partner with University Recruiting in hiring top university talent and managing the summer intern program. • Partner with HR to drive rewards, promotions and employee relations conversations. • Partner with Finance to drive financial planning,
• BA degree in human resources, marketing, management or a related discipline • 5+ years demonstrated program management and execution experience • Must be a self-starter and have demonstrated capability to lead and be a strong contributor • Strong influence and collaboration skills, including a track record of working effectively with Gen Z employees and senior executives • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills • Strong public speaking and written communication skills, with ability to communicate with audiences of varying sizes and seniority • Passion for developing early-in-career talent
