The Delivery Strategy and Analytics team within Global Specialty Fulfillment is looking for an analytically-minded Program Manager to help optimize the product and delivery strategy for Amazon’s newest ultra-fast and specialized programs. These include existing businesses like Whole Foods Market and Prime Now, as well as exciting new initiatives that have not yet launched. The manager will have a talent and passion for building new businesses, and a relentless desire to deliver exceptional customer experience while minimizing costs. Strong analytics, strategic thinking, curiosity, and the ability to organize and deliver new initiatives across partner teams (field operations, finance, software development, business, and product) are essential. This position will drive recommendations for multiple high-visibility initiatives and will include direct communication with senior leaders in the company. A successful manager will be able to effectively drive complex projects from conception to execution

· 3+ years of relevant work experience in start-up environment, consulting, or operations · Bachelor’s degree in business operations, strategy, supply chain management, engineering, or other technical field · Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel · Strategic thinking with the ability to understand and quantify the tradeoffs of decisions · Ability to break down ambiguous asks into structured and solvable problems · Analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use data and models to develop business cases · Curiosity in developing business models · SQL knowledge strongly preferred · Tableau
