Amazon's global Customer Service (CS) organization is seeking an ambitious and experienced Operational Engagement Program Manager to join the Device and Digital Alexa Support (D2AS) team. The successful candidate will be a key member of a new team, D2AS Operations Engagement, focused on building mechanisms and delivering programs enabling the operation to transform how it supports and serves customers. To do so, you will work closely with global D2AS operations and support teams. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with interactions across a wide variety of operational topics. Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant work experience in project/program management and operations in a customer service environment. Demonstrated experience and success at delivering cross functional programs and validated ability to influence without direct management authority. Outstanding speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others.
