Earth’s Most Customer Centric Company is seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager to join our Consumer Operations and Global Outsourcing (COGO) team. If working on a global scale and helping shape the future of customer obsession motivates you, this is the role you! This position will drive forward our operational cadence, lead the change management, and collaborate with regional leadership to set our long-term planning. These functions will include area such translation effectiveness, customer journey mapping, geographic and sourcing strategies. The successful candidate will draw from previous work experience in operations management, working on a global scale, and corporate representation. Responsibilities include: · Project Management for our key initiatives including - ROI assessment, timelines, trade-off decisions and stakeholder management. · Lead the global cadence of an enterprise which has operations in more than 40 countries and encompassing more than 50,000 Customer

· Bachelor's degree required · 7+ years of relevant experience in customer service and operational roles · 5+ years working on businesses on an international level · Excellent communication and writing skills · Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to deliver results with others · Ability to analyze and summarize data at a transactional level · Demonstrated project management skills · Leadership Principles: Customer Obsession, Earns Trust, Learn and Be Curious, Deep Dive, and Bias for Action · International travel required of up to 20%· MBA or Advanced Degree · COPC Coordinator Certification ·
