Program and Events Coordination Lead major (and minor) events throughout the year including: Companywide 3-day event for senior product leaders All-Hands meetings - 1500+ person event with huge demo fair and on-stage presentations Programs and trainings that support a more inclusive work environment Week-long hack-a-thons across the team Participation in demo fairs/events And more! Understand the desired outcome(s) for each event and focus planning, budgeting and priorities against those goals Measure program and event effectiveness, document learnings, and leverage for the future Develop multiple
Solid strategic project management experience with large budgets, complex schedules and the organizational skills needed to set and drive requirements across multiple functional areas Ability to drive clarity and direction in ambiguous situations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Self -motivated and directed person, requiring minimal supervision for assignment completion Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 7+ years work experience as a Program Manager or Operations PM
