Senior Program Manager, Global Security Compliance and Validation The Senior Program Manager, Global Security Compliance and Validation, leads a team that is responsible for building, maintaining, and continuously improving upon our Security Risk Review (SR2) audit program and our Site Security Facilitator (SSF) Training. They are a key member of the Global Security Operations Team and reports to the Senior Manager, Security Operations and Support. A successful candidate will be a hands-on manager who, along with their team, will be responsible for enhancing current programs as well as developing and implementing new programs that will assess and audit all operational Amazon, Amazon Affiliate and relevant 3rd party vendors sites to validate compliance with our security policies as well as the effectiveness of those policies, and our physical security system. This Manager will ensure that each site has a designated Associate that has been provided with training and is certified on the understanding
· A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional exerience · 5+ years project management experience leading projects with tight deadlines that involve the use of automated and manual systems and supporting internal customers across the globe · 3+ years working in a customer service driven environment · Strong skills and experience managing operational security audit programs · Customer focused and results oriented manager that possesses strong influencing skill and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment · Comfortable being a
