External Job Description Earth’s Most Customer Centric Company is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Global Outsourcing team. This position will manage vendor relationships, implement new programs, drive operational excellence, negotiate contracts, partner with Amazon teams to positively impact the customer experience, set the global roadmap and expand support products/scenarios for our customers within the Digital services and hardware space. The successful candidate will draw from previous work experience in operations management, working on a global scale, and delivering customer obsession. Responsibilities include: · Service Delivery – Vendor Governance, Relationship Management, Implementation/Project Management, Change Management, Operations Management · Lead the development and drive the roadmap of offerings and capacity within the digital services and devices space · Procurement – Vendor Strategy, Business Requirement Scoping, Location Assessments, Request for Proposal

Basic Qualifications · Bachelor's degree required · 7+ years of relevant experience in customer service/operational roles · 5+ years working on businesses outside of the U.S. · Strong communication, reading comprehension, and writing skills · Strong technical and analytical aptitude · Demonstrated project management success · Expert skills in Microsoft Excel and Word · Leadership Principles: Customer/Driver Obsession, Earns Trust, Learn and Be Curious, Deliver Results, and Bias for Action · International travel required (roughly 30%)Preferred Qualifications · Experience in transportation and/or
