External job description Amazon’s WWOps HR4HR Organization is seeking a flexible, adaptive HR Generalist to provide hands-on organizational support for the WW Ops HR Talent Acquisition and Talent Management organizations. As the HR Generalist, you will work collaboratively with a small team to support these organizations globally. We are looking for a candidate with mid-level experience who will demonstrate business acumen, drive the implementation of talent processes across the organizations, and who is an innovative thinker in terms of approach to support the organizations and leaders in scaling with growth. Additionally, the successful candidate is someone who can effectively interact with business leaders at all levels, possesses excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and works effectively with our global team. In this role you will apply business knowledge to inform and drive the talent management priorities for the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management organizations
