Amazon’s Finance HR Organization seeking a flexible, adaptive HR Leader to provide to provide hands-on organizational support for the Finance organization. Amazon is looking for an experienced HR leader that will demonstrate organizational and operational acumen, be driven by developing top talent, and innovative his or her thinking about how to support the organizations and leaders in scaling with growth. In this role you will apply business knowledge to inform and drive the short and long term talent management plan and priorities for a variety of teams within the Finance Operations (FinOps) function which include AP/AR, Payroll, Facilities and the Finance Technology function. Each of these teams plays a critical role in driving the overall Finance strategy and in equipping the organization to scale to support business growth. You will partner with senior Finance leaders, HR colleagues (including HR partners in India, Slovakia Costa Rica Japan and China), Talent Acquisition and the Amazon
· 10+ years of experience in an HR generalist leadership role · Bachelor’s degree · Advanced Degree preferred · Proven ability to diagnose issues, drawing on both professional experience and strategic thinking skills, and drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative · Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies · Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document preparation and presentation skills · Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels
