The business manager reports to the GM of HR, and is part of the leadership team responsible for executing the people agenda and rhythms for the the Microsoft Stores organization. This includes,but is not limited to managing the client's HR rhythms and calendar (i.e. Poll, People Review, Connects, etc.) and the HR team rhythms and communications. Our rhythms support talent and employee engagement for ~3,000 physical store field employees, the global Digital Sales field teams and the channel teams and centers of excellence which (primarily) reside in Redmond.
