The Amazon HR team is looking for an experienced HR leader supporting Amazon Alexa. This role requires a strong understanding of the HR fundamentals and experience implementing, executing and delivering on innovative HR solutions.You’ll partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies which are focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You’ll help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention and the employee experience. Working closely with specialist HR teams, as well as matrixed site and international HR colleagues, you’ll also keep the right focus on organizational effectiveness, career development and rewards. · Bachelors Degree required in Human Resources Management or related field. · Candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in an HR leadership role with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management. · Ability to travel · Strong data/Microsoft Excel skills · Ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions · Excellent communication skills · Experience coaching both front line and senior leaders · Influencing skills and interfacing with senior members of the business · Ability to function in a fast paced and innovative environment · High dependability
