The Consumer Talent Development (CTD) team is searching for an experienced leader to create high-impact talent management programs focused on our technical and physical store organizations. We are looking for a visionary talent expert with the ability to analyze organizational trends and metrics, and implement programmatic solutions to address opportunity areas. This position will report to the Director of WW Talent Development in Consumer HR. This exciting role requires close attention to detail, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical projects. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior leaders, is essential. As a key

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent · Minimum 10 years of experience leading relevant talent program/projects· Advanced degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, HR, Economics, or MBA. · Experience in career development, workforce modeling and talent management in a fast paced, global environment · Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities and anticipate needs to re-prioritize
