The Global Talent Acquisition Organization within HR is seeking an Executive Business Administrator to provide support for our Corporate Vice President. This role requires attention to detail, great organizational skills, the ability to prioritize multiple critical requests simultaneously and accountability to manage the team of GTA administrators.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Manage a complex executive calendar and ensure accurate scheduling and organization. Arrange and coordinate a high number of executive meetings. Ensure the CVP's time is maximized for the most efficient and strategic use of his time. Collaborate effectively with the Support Team to align the Executive calendar with the Rhythm of the Business and ensure tight coordination of CVP's priorities and commitments. Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, a high level of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals
Experience with Microsoft productivity software including Outlook, Word and Excel Experience with expense tools, vendor management and facilities 5+ years of administrative assistant experience or similar (facilities or managing events, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: Have strong planning, organizational, time management and judgement skills.
