Amazon is seeking a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join our Human Resources team as Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support our BDAE (Biz Dev, Advertising, and Entertainment) teams. The BDAE team encompasses not only business development but also some high growth and emerging businesses within Amazon. These are global organizations, and the US-based employees for these teams are primarily located in Seattle, San Francisco, and New York. If you have the ability to diagnose problems as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions, this role may be a great fit for you! In this position, you’ll develop and support HR strategies that support the business objectives and partner with the international HRBPs on executing on these strategies, including areas such as organizational change, onboarding, performance coaching, training and development, employee relations, and retention.
