The role of leading our Global Executive Talent Acquisition team could not be any more exhilarating, and this is a unique opportunity to lead a strong team of Global Executive Talent Acquisition leaders and Executive Recruiters driving innovation in executive hiring, succession planning and the ongoing transformation of Microsoft. We are looking for a strong manager, with a focus on business strategy and talent strategy, to ensure that executive talent acquisition philosophies, priorities, and processes are optimized to deliver the highest value and impact to the business, effectively and efficiently. A constant focus will be placed on hiring the top leadership talent for today, with inclusion being paramount, and ensuring a pipeline of innovative talent for the future.
This is a challenging but stimulating role for an experienced Global Talent Acquisition leader to drive the talent acquisition agenda. The role partners closely with industry recruiting and the talent management community as well as HR and business leaders in every engineering and business group across Microsoft.
