Are you a senior Human Resources leader ready to have fun, work with a great team, and support a variety of start up and existing Tech, Product, and Design organizations that solve tough problems at scale to get our customers packages to them when and where they want them? If so, then we need you to help us innovate, scale, and drive strategic organizational and people initiatives to foster a high performing, inclusive and diverse organization that priorities career growth and development. Overall, this role will be responsible for the development and execution of global HR practices, processes, goals, and initiatives, as well as the day to day HRBP responsibilities. This role will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention and the employee experience. This roll will also work closely with other HR resources and teams to drive key initiatives and projects in areas such as such as global organization design, diversity, leadership
· 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist · Experience high and supporting tech, product, and design global workforces. · Proven ability to diagnose issues, drawing on both professional experience and strategic thinking skills, and drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative · Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies · Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document preparation and presentation skills · Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees
