Partner with business leaders, talent acquisition teams and other Amazon HR Business Partners to attract and develop world class talent by developing and implementing new HR strategies that will support growth, product launches and category expansion, and ensure personnel alignment with business objectives and Amazon's culture. Provide business management, operational, and strategic planning support, and implement a talent acquisition strategy/roadmap on an annual and long-range basis to meet the overall growth goals of the businesses and its programs. Conduct organizational studies and establish and implement HR programs, policies, procedures, curriculum, solutions, and tools that support organizational and talent development in operating more efficiently and effectively within recruitment, performance review, training, HR services, and related operations.
