In this role you will partner with Tech Recruiters, hiring teams and affinity groups across Amazon to help shape the direction of our tech diversity strategy by launching innovations, surfacing trends, and driving impactful initiatives. You, as the candidate, must be able to successfully manage projects and prioritize multiple deadlines and deliverables against a timeline. Experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and SLA's in a frugal environment will be helpful, comfort around data is a must. · 5+ years of tech recruiting experience · 3+ years of 'full cycle' or 'whole desk' recruiting experience · Exceptional candidate sourcing skills, use of Boolean Strings and other sourcing strategies to capture strong passive tech talent · Proven analytical skills · 2-5 years of project management experience · Proficiency with MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook · Bachelor’s degree · Experienced full lifecycle recruiter, ideally owning tech reqs across multiple business partners and designing req specific recruiting strategies · Demonstrated experience in the end-to-end candidate
