You will partner directly with all levels to develop and execute the HR deliverables that foster organizational and people effectiveness. We are looking for a Human Resource professional that has the ability to diagnose problems as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions. You'll help business leaders look around
· 5+ years of experience in Human Resources · Bachelor's Degree required in Human Resources Management or related Field · Experience working in a matrix setting · Knowledge of employment laws, such as ERISA, COBRA, ADA, and other federal and state laws regulating discrimination and equal opportunity employment · Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical skills · Proven ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results · Strong project/program management skills, with the ability to obtain buy-in
