As the Sr. Manager, Business Planning and Strategy, you will drive strategic clarity and long-term growth plans as well as help build and execute a global multi-year strategy for the Connections organization. In this role, you will be responsible for creating strategies and initiatives across Connections teams to enable and support Connections needs. You will work closely with the Connections Senior leadership team to drive strategy and processes that cut across all organizations. Success in this role will depend on the ability to develop a thoughtful point of view on options and approaches, skills in communicating effectively and effectiveness in formalizing plans, including obtaining buy-in from stakeholders. Success of this role will be measured by the following key metrics: · Completion of Connections goals and sub-org goals · Raising the bar on mechanisms such as QBRs, Awards, All Hands, and talent reviews. · Helping improve the employee experience and manager’s growth by working with
· 5-8 years of experience in program/product management · Proven track record of delivering above average results against goals · Expert communicator, with strong writing and presentation abilities. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas, speak truth to power, and mediate between stakeholders · Highly self-directed with proven experience of collaborating with and influencing senior leaders/executives to drive growth and scale processes across an organization· 10+ years of experience in program/product management · Strong orientation toward innovation, exploration, and creativity; and
