The AI+R, E+D and Gaming Line Solutions team is seeking an experienced HR partner to serve as the Senior Line Solutions Human Resource Lead. As the Line Solutions Lead, you will lead scalable solutions and solve complex HR matters across the organization. You will be an integral member of the HR Line Solutions team ensuring quality, development, and improvement while leading in optimized service delivery, data-driven, growth oriented and strategic HR. HR Line Solutions teams are chartered with improving the employee and manager experience by providing support around various HR policies and practices. The Line Solutions Lead will be responsible for planning and landing scalable solutions across all three client organizations. o Serves as the people manager for a sub set of the Line Solutions team, investing in their career growth and development. o Leads execution of the ROB processes, partnering with the business, HRBPs and the center to drive scalable solutions. o Provides HR consulting services to various stakeholders regarding processes managed, in both proactive and reactive ways o Mentors and coaches the HR Line Solutions team on HR processes in scope, manages high-tier complex employee relations cases, demonstrates and facilitates buy-in with Microsoft values and compliance with HR policies while following guidance

Demonstrated success in applying fresh, creative thinking and a growth mindset to long-standing, complex challenges/problems resulting in high impact outcomes Demonstrable experience in analyzing business issues and providing scalable HR solutions that address and align to broader business requirements Ability to have difficult, nuanced conversations with clarity, empathy, and a focus on the employee experience Strong problem-solving skills Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, heavily-distributed team environment
