Amazon.com is seeking a results-driven, innovative HR Leader to support multiple teams in our Video organization. Prime Video is working to change the way Amazon customers watch movies and TV shows by offering thousands of movies and TV shows to stream, anywhere, anytime, including tens of thousands of movies and TV episodes available to Amazon Prime members at no additional cost. Our service is available to customers in the U.S., UK, Germany, Austria, and Japan. In 2016, we launched primevideo.com which is available to more than 200 countries across the world. In the U.S., Amazon Prime members can also subscribe to and watch additional video subscriptions like Starz, HBO, and Showtime. As the HR leader, you will partner with your clients to build and execute HR strategies that enable the business’ growth plans. Whether coaching your clients on leading their teams, developing innovative solutions and programs to deliver results for our business or navigating and resolving employee relations
• Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources Management or related field • 10+ years of experience in HR business partner role • Experience managing performance, assessing talent, and coaching leaders, including executive talent • Able to travel, as appropriate • Knowledge of employment laws• Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field or MBA
