Physical Stores Human Resources Manager As a Human Resources Manager, you'll provide HR leadership to your assigned Retail leaders. This includes partnering to drive great people practices ensuring that Microsoft Physical Stores' HR Priorities are executed. Candidates must have strong business acumen and knowledge of a dynamic sales force (HR experience with high volume hourly populations is preferred), influencing skills, and a proven track record of providing outstanding HR consultation to clients.
Primary responsibilities include: • Partner with leaders to build culture and develop high-functioning teams • Identify, develop, and align leaders to deliver business transformation and impact • Support assigned leaders in developing leadership and organizational goals; and support the growth and development of people through proactive talent management • Assess and monitor organizational health through data insights and critical analysis of people metrics; develop action plans from metrics and indicators to design, track, and refine people initiatives to move the business forward • Partner closely
