The Corporate Controller Team (CCT) sits at the forefront of many of these changes and plays a key role in helping the company manage through them. CCT provides financial support to the Corp Groups (Legal/CELA, Human Resources, Finance and Business Development), and is collectively responsible for controllership of over $7B in annual operating expenses for organizations based in the U.S. and over 70 countries internationally. Core Job Responsibilities include: Ownership of CCT close deliverables and analytics related to headcount Ownership of CCT headcount and People costs models and insights for forecast Ownership of CCT headcount modeling for LRP and budget Content creation, refresh and consolidation of headcount deliverables to Corporate FP and A Team Support simplification, standardization and automation efforts of CCT Financial ROB processes (reporting, forecast and budget) Support engagement with multiple stakeholders
Qualifications: BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related degrees; CPA/CMA and/or MBA preferred Expertise in financial planning and analysis (forecasting, planning, reporting, analysis, and developing financial models) Strong ability, expertise and/or aptitude to work with financial systems and tools. Strong Excel and Office skills. Experience with Microsoft headcount reporting systems and tools is a plus Demonstrated experience in problem solving and project and process management Detail oriented, accurate and thorough, as well as the ability to think 'big picture' and understand the key trends
