Program Manager, Stock Services Amazon is seeking an innovative Stock Services Program Manager to join the Global Employee Investment Services Team. This hands-on Seattle based individual contributor role will own the implementation and operations of a direct stock purchase plan. This position reports into the Sr. Manager, Stock Operations and will work in close partnership with internal stakeholders and external service providers to implement a Direct Stock Purchase Program (DSPP). The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail and accuracy, as well as a commitment to high quality of work with impeccable customer service. This role requires demonstrated interpersonal skills in both written and verbal communications to employees, business partners, all levels of management including executive leadership as well as with outside third party vendors.
The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in project management, equity compensation and communications development. Experienced professional with full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures; ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and in writing. Strong organizational skills, time management and ownership of deliverables.
