As a Program Manager, you will work under the direction of the HRSS Portfolio Manager and partner with HR Services Solutions (HRSS) leaders, product manager, program manager, customers and business partners across HRSS to implement portfolio management mechanisms and manage ongoing portfolio operations. The ideal candidate possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills targeted at senior leadership. They should have understanding of program management best practices and agile software development methodology. They must be a self-starter, be able to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
