Amazon Finance Operations (FinOps) seeks a bright, self-motivated, and results-oriented program manager to join our expanding Program Management Office and Excellence program – ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence System). The right candidate comes with a strong program management or related background. They will be a quick learner who enjoys working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and ever-changing work environment, and has strong prioritization abilities to complete a high

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. · 5+ years of relevant work experience in Program management, process improvement and/or finance · Demonstrated success as a program manager, prioritizes clear communication, documentation, and action· 3+ years experience working in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or payroll. · Advanced working knowledge of wikis, MS Project, Oracle · Strong attention to detail · Engenders trust and respect in all working relationships · Excellent writing skills · Experience working in a high-speed environment · Experience delivering programs with global teams
